CBWC Women in Focus

to encourage and equip women to discover and use their God given gifts with confidence and compassion

Women in Focus has trained several facilitation teams that are ready and willing to come to your church and offer a weekend of leadership training for your women. The course is designed to encourage all women:
- to discover and understand their gifted and calling from God;
- to give current women leaders in ministry the tools and confidence to carry out their responsibilities; and
- to develop women who embody confidence and competence in Christ by:

being encouraged to see new possibilities in the people around them;
being alert for new ministry needs;
envisioning new ways of doing traditional ministries;
connecting with other women through creative activities
being given tools for leadership

A typical weekend schedule:

Friday Evening
7:15-9:30……….….I am Called

Saturday Morning
8:45-10:30…….…..I am Gifted
10:30-10:50……....Break
10:50-12:45………..Claiming my Gifts

Lunch
12:45-1:15………….Reflection Time
Please bring a bagged lunch

Saturday Afternoon

Evening meal will be provided

Minimum # of participants is 15.
Cost is $60. per person.

You may not be in a leadership role in the ministry in your church but there are many benefits from participating in the experience. Each session deals with topics that are important in every aspect of our daily life. You just might discover that God is calling you to lead in some way and that He has allowed you to discover a gift that you never know you had!
